
Author Guidelines
The Transactions on Intelligent Computing and Emerging Technologies (TICET) welcomes high-quality scholarly submissions that exhibit originality, technical strength, and clear relevance to the journal’s aims. Authors are encouraged to prepare manuscripts with academic rigor and attention to clarity, following the guidelines outlined below.
1. Manuscript Categories
TICET accepts a diverse range of scholarly contributions, including:
- Original Research Articles
- Review and Survey Papers
- Short Communications / Technical Notes
- Case Studies & Industry Applications
- Emerging Technology Reports
2. Submission Requirements
All submitted manuscripts must adhere to the following:
- Original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere
- Written in clear academic English
- Prepared using the TICET manuscript template (if provided)
- Submitted via the OJS online submission system
- No plagiarism — manuscripts with high similarity may be rejected
3. Manuscript Structure
Unless the article type requires otherwise, manuscripts should include:
- Title
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (4–6 terms)
- Introduction
- Literature Review / Background
- Methodology / Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion / Future Work
- Acknowledgments (optional)
- Conflict of Interest Statement
- Funding Information (if applicable)
- References
4. Formatting Guidelines
Authors should comply with the following formatting rules:
- File Format: Word (.doc/.docx)
- Length: 8–15 pages (variable)
- Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt
- Spacing: 1.15
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
- Figures/Tables: Numbered, captioned, embedded in text
5. Citations & Referencing
All references must be accurate, complete, and cited properly. Authors may use:
- APA citation style
- IEEE citation style
Ensure priority to recent and high-quality journal and conference sources.
6. Ethical & Legal Responsibilities
- Disclose all conflicts of interest
- Provide ethical clearance for human/animal research (if applicable)
- Obtain permissions for copyrighted materials
- Follow international ethics standards (COPE)
7. Peer Review Process
- Double-blind peer review for all manuscripts
- Timeline varies by reviewer availability
- Revisions may be required before acceptance
- Final decisions made by the Editorial Board
8. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Include APC details if applicable, or specify that no charges are required.
9. Post-Acceptance
