Peer Review Policy
The Transactions on Intelligent Computing and Emerging Technologies (TICET) follows a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and integrity of all published research. TICET adheres to internationally recognized standards to maintain scientific credibility and transparency in manuscript evaluation.
1. Review Model
TICET uses a double-blind peer review system:
- Reviewers do not know the identities of the authors
- Authors do not know the identities of the reviewers
This process ensures objectivity, fairness, and impartiality in manuscript evaluation.
2. Peer Review Process

The Editorial Office screens submissions for completeness, adherence to guidelines, originality, and suitability for the journal’s scope.
